ABOUT “HARPROMTECH” LLC PLANT
“Kharkov Industrial Technologies Plant” LLC is a leading machinery manufacturer of pressure vessels and its secondary products in Ukraine. Our plant produces high quality certified products conforming to the requirements of domestic and foreign quality standards and safe operation.
The main purpose of “Harpromtech” is creation of profitable, competitive and high-quality products for the company and our customers benefit. With this aim in mind, we have implemented the quality management system at the plant, which complies with international ISO 9001:2009 standards and follow it in all production aspects.
AMONG THE RANGE OF PRODUCTS PRODUCED BY THE ENTERPRISE:
- automobile cylinders for liquefied petroleum gas of toroidal and cylindrical shape;
- air receivers for compressor units, made of stainless and carbon steel;
- pressure vessels for industrial applications are used in many branches of industry (engineering, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, etc.).
The enterprise has obtained all necessary permissions from the State Committee of Ukraine for Occupational Safety Supervision on relevant products.
Production capacity of the plant are completed with the necessary modern equipment, has an appropriate infrastructure, and products are manufactured in accordance with all requirements and standards.
We carry out regular company staff training to improve their skills. We use high quality equipment and materials in products manufacturing process. Welding of vessels is carried out on the production lines completed with equipment of «Fronius» company. We use welding gases of «Messer» company, «Beller», «Esab» company welding materials.
The company carried out a powder coating of product that provides high strength characteristics, refinishing chemical resistance and aesthetic requirements for this type of product.
Each product goes through a full range of testing and quality assurance that ensures complete safety during operation. Material and technical base of the plant allows realizing high complexity projects.
